Legal and acceptable use
Terms & Conditions
These draft terms describe acceptable use of Beebtical. They require professional legal review and confirmation of the service operator and governing jurisdiction before public launch.
Effective: 9 September 2026 · Draft for professional legal review
Educational purpose
Beebtical provides cybersecurity education, source-backed labs, quizzes, progress tracking, and AI-assisted explanations. It is not professional legal, security, employment, or certification advice. Content may contain errors, become outdated, or require adaptation to a controlled environment.
Use of Beebtical does not guarantee examination results, certification, employment, or any particular learning outcome.
Authorized cybersecurity use only
You may use the service only for lawful education and testing on systems you own or are explicitly authorized to assess. You must follow applicable laws, contracts, rules of engagement, and lab instructions.
You must not use Beebtical to access, disrupt, damage, surveil, deceive, exploit, or obtain data from systems or people without authorization; distribute malware; steal credentials; evade safeguards; facilitate abuse; or help another person do so.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, promptly report suspected compromise, and avoid sharing an account in ways that undermine security. Do not submit secrets, credentials, personal data about targets, confidential records, or unlawful material.
You must not interfere with the platform, bypass access controls, scrape protected content, overload services, reverse engineer restricted components where prohibited, or misuse automated access.
Content and intellectual property
The platform software, presentation, and original learning-layer material may be protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party names and source material remain the property of their respective owners. References to CEH or EC-Council identify curriculum provenance and do not state or imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or official certification status.
You may use course access for personal learning subject to these terms. No broader reproduction, redistribution, resale, or creation of competing datasets is granted.
Third-party services
Beebtical relies on services including Supabase, Google Gemini API, and Vercel. Their availability, terms, and technical behavior are outside Beebtical’s complete control. Links or references to third-party tools do not constitute endorsement, and users must comply with the relevant third-party terms.
Availability, changes, and suspension
The service may be changed, interrupted, rate-limited, or withdrawn. Access may be suspended or terminated for suspected misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, reasonable notice should be provided.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided for education on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that content is complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular operational environment. You remain responsible for validating commands, maintaining backups, using isolated labs, and obtaining authorization.
Any limitation of liability must respect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, payments, and contact
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Beebtical currently offers no paid product; see the Payments & Refunds notice.
